A story that reaches far beyond one woman’s life

As Esther Perel has said,
When you want it but aren’t having it… shame will convince you: it’s your fault.

In Am I Not Enough, Liesbeth Dillen reminds every woman that your worth is not defined by another’s mistakes. She shares with honesty and courage, turning pain into power and setbacks into a call for change.

This book is both intimate and universal—a memoir and a manifesto. It invites us to rise, to lead with courage, to create with humanity, and to shape the day after tomorrow with more heart.

Confidence, curiosity, courage — from story to action

I shared Am I Not Enough? as a call to shatter the confidence gap still holding women back — and to move forward together with men, not apart from them.

The lessons woven through the story — confidence, curiosity, and courage — are rooted in the Scandinavian tradition of leadership: openness, collaboration, and a deep belief in people. The qualities  that are essential to creating true human connection, at work and at home.

The values I share in the book is exactly what I practice in my work — helping leaders humanize the way they work, lead, and grow.

Book me for keynotes on the confidence gap and Scandinavian leadership.

Work with me one-on-one to create a culture where both women and men rise together.

How is it that so many strong women show such vision and leadership in their work, yet struggle to set boundaries in their private lives?

This book is raw and beautifully written. Time and again I found myself thinking: Liesbeth, go! Leave! But she doesn’t. Strong women solve problems—sometimes even their partner’s. And therein lies the lesson. You can’t rescue another person. At best, you can stand beside them. So very recognizable.
