Liesbeth Dillen — Am I Not Enough?
A story that reaches far beyond one woman’s life
As Esther Perel has said,
‘When you want it but aren’t having it… shame will convince you — it’s your fault.’
That shame is where Am I Not Enough? begins. Liesbeth Dillen tells it with honesty and courage — the gap between a life that looked perfect and the woman behind it quietly coming apart, and the long way back from there.
It's both intimate and universal: one woman's story, and a question almost everyone carries. Not a call to do more, but to reconnect — with your confidence, your courage, and your own worth. Because staying human starts with believing you already are enough.

From my story to a question we all carry — Am I good enough as I am?
I didn't write Am I Not Enough? to talk about IKEA, or success, or even what happened in my marriage. I wrote it because of the question hiding underneath all of it — one I think many of us carry: am I enough?
For years I performed a life that looked flawless while feeling more and more disconnected — from myself, from the people I loved, from what mattered most. What brought me back wasn't doing more. It was reconnecting: with my confidence, my courage, and my own humanity.
That's the work I do now, on stage and one-on-one — helping people stay human, lead, relate, and live from strength rather than fear.
Book me for keynotes — three signature conversations exploring how we stay human as the world speeds up.
Work with me one-on-one — I hold space and coach you to think honestly about what's pulling you off course — and to reconnect with your confidence, courage, and humanity.
This book is raw and beautifully written. Time and again I found myself thinking: Liesbeth, go! Leave! But she doesn’t. Strong women solve problems—sometimes even their partner’s. And therein lies the lesson. You can’t rescue another person. At best, you can stand beside them. So very recognizable.
